All sales are subject to finality based upon the retailers discretion. (IE: Sales & Wait List/Special Orders are final sale.) Returns or exchanges must be communicated prior to mailing back within 7 days of receipt of item(s). The recipient is responsible for the postage of returns and credit will be issued only upon receipt of the item. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed with tags attached while being free of pet hair and odors. Returns/exchanges are subject to refusal based on any of the above criteria not being met. Shop credit will be added to your account with me upon receipt of the return/exchange. Credit must be used within 30 days.
